Senior: No. 9 - James King
Junior: No. 17 - Tim Batman (I assume that’s Tim Hayman, well done autocorrect)
Moore golf: No. 15 - not struck (tough hole in that wind and only 19 players) – nice to see the Club Vice Captain working on his excuses

Jackpot hole wasn't struck so $10 carried over to next Saturday

...and finally
Well, we're almost there.

2021 beckons with all the allure of a cold beer on a hot day, which coincidentally, might, or might not be the reason this week's email is slightly delayed (I admit nothing, but do apologise for my tardiness).

Congrats to those dedicated few who braved the conditions on Saturday to get out and  enjoy the course - I can only assume that it was a difficult choice between donning the winter golf outfit and battling through terrible conditions of wind, rain and erratic golf balls, or spending more time with the family.  I salute you for taking the tough decision.

I read online over the weekend that we are now in the "Merryneum" - the blurry period between Xmas and New Year - no mention is made as to what causes the blurriness, but I have my suspicions

I would, therefore, like to wish you all a most enjoyable Merryneum, and here's to the weather and the golf improving.

Stay safe & play well

Steve
