Good afternoon

Please be advised that Committee are convening a Special General Meeting as follows:
 
Date: Saturday 16 Jan 2021
Time: 4:30pm

Venue: Timaru Golf Club,87 Lynch Road, Washdyke Levels

The Agenda will be restricted to:

1. Election of a new President

2. Vote to amend the Constitution to introduce the role of Vice President as a new Officer of the Club (tbc)

3. Elect a new Vice President (tbc)

A notice and Proxy forms will be going into the clubhouse tomorrow evening
