Annual General Meeting

Timaru Golf Club AGM The Annual General Meeting of the Timaru Golf Club will be held at our Clubrooms on Monday 9 December starting at 7.30pm. Our Constitution states that our Timaru Golf Club Committee shall be made up of the Officers of the Club together with four full playing members Accordingly we are now calling for nominations for Club Officers President Women's Club Captain Men's Club Captain Women's Vice Club Captain Men's Vice Club Captain PLUS Four Full Playing members (Four positions) Nominations are to be recorded on the form on our whiteboard in our Clubhouse. Nominations are required in writing duly consented to by the nominee and proposed and seconded by full playing, life, or fully paid members. Please spread the word of our AGM to other Club members as our Club will benefit from a full turn out. |
